The Return, Exchange & Refund Policy is one of ETINCO’s commitments to protecting customer rights and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The return process will be carried out after the returned goods have been received at ETINCO’s warehouse. We will inspect the products and process exchanges, returns, or refunds according to customer requests.

To protect customer interests, ETINCO accepts requests for product exchange, return, or refund under the following conditions:

Cases Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

Products may be accepted for return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

  • Products delivered do not match the model, specification, or items originally ordered by the customer;
  • Products delivered fail to meet quality requirements, including but not limited to: inability to operate, objective defects, or damage falling within the warranty scope of the supplier or manufacturer;
  • Products that have been used but encounter technical failures that cannot be repaired due to manufacturing defects, provided such defects are inspected and confirmed by the manufacturer’s technical team or ETINCO technical staff.

Conditions for Return, Exchange, or Refund

Customers may request return, exchange, or refund only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The product was purchased within 5 days from the date of receipt;
  • The product remains unused and retains all original labels, warranty seals, packaging materials, boxes, and accessories;
  • If the product is dented, damaged, chipped, or affected during transportation, customers are required to record videos or take photos at the time of delivery and conduct a joint inspection with the logistics provider to determine responsibility. Photos and videos provided will serve as supporting evidence for evaluating return or exchange eligibility.

Important Notes

  • Products with manufacturing defects accompanied by physical damage caused during use will not be immediately accepted for exchange or return and must undergo technical inspection and manufacturer confirmation.

Example: Capacitor has abnormal noise while the outer casing shows dents or scratches.

  • Customers are advised to carefully inspect products before use.

Requests that do not satisfy the conditions above may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund support.

Return, Exchange & Refund Procedure

Step 1: Customers contact ETINCO to request product return or exchange.

Please provide supporting evidence (including product photos, proof of delivery date or receiving confirmation).

These documents will assist ETINCO in reviewing and processing the request.

Step 2: ETINCO will review the information provided and respond to customers regarding eligibility and next steps.

Step 3: ETINCO will proceed with the exchange, return, or refund process according to company regulations and applicable policies.
