ETINCO has established a professional logistics network to deliver distributed products across all 34 provinces and cities nationwide in Vietnam.
Urban Areas
Orders within major cities are delivered directly by ETINCO’s transportation team to ensure products are properly packed, handled, and protected according to technical requirements.
Provincial Areas
For deliveries to other provinces, ETINCO cooperates with reputable logistics providers or arranges transportation via passenger transport services upon customer request in order to optimize delivery schedules.
Major Projects
For major projects, ETINCO supports direct transportation and delivery coordination to project sites to ensure project progress and installation schedules.
2. Shipping and Delivery Policy
ETINCO continuously works to optimize transportation costs through various support programs:
Free Shipping
Free delivery support applies to orders reaching the required purchase value or long-term contracted projects (Subject to product category and delivery distance.)
Shipping Cost Support / Delivery Support
For long-distance or small-volume orders, ETINCO is committed to providing the most reasonable shipping support costs available.
Applicable Scope
The shipping support policy does not apply to electrical cable product lines.
Detailed Policy
- Hanoi Area: Delivery support is available for orders valued at VND 15 million and above.
- Ho Chi Minh City Area: Shipping support applies to BTB Electric products with order values ranging from VND 20 million to VND 100 million.
- Other Provinces and Cities: ETINCO supports delivery to transportation terminals or bus stations.
- Special Support: For orders valued at VND 100 million and above, ETINCO will provide direct delivery to the customer’s requested location.
Important Notes
- For urgent delivery requests, customers are encouraged to contact ETINCO sales representatives for priority support.
- For large-value orders and project-based purchases, shipping and delivery terms shall be agreed separately through commercial negotiations between ETINCO and customers.
- In case of delivery delays beyond the expected schedule, ETINCO will notify customers as soon as possible and provide reasons for the delay, including force majeure events such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions.
